Back in July, astronauts aboard the ISS started growing hatch chile — a type of pepper found in New Mexico’s Hatch Valley as a part of NASA’s Plant Habitat-04 investigation. Now, they’ve finished growing and are adding a bit of spice to Crew-2’s journey.
