Those of you who use the “I can’t find my fitness tracker” excuse to skip a workout, might have to think of something else. Fitbit has partnered with Tile, the company known for its Bluetooth trackers, so you’ll be able to find your wearable using your phone.
Currently, the feature is only available for the Inspire 2 — Fitbit’s $99 fitness tracker that launched last year. But the company says it hopes to expand the capability to its other wearables in the future.
You don’t need to purchase a Tile to track your Inspire 2, though. The new feature will be available via an update on the Fitbit app, but you’ll have to download the Tile app in order to enable it.
